Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched:

Gauteng: 3–10 business days

Outside Gauteng: 3–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any shipping promotions or discounts will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. WEZ cannot be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient not being available, the courier may attempt a re-delivery or return the parcel. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
