Return & Refund Policy.

At WEZ, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

    • With original tags and packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at wez.onlineshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos and your order number
    We’ll sort it out ASAP.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First check your bank account

  • Then contact your payment provider
