For Domestic Shipping
Shipment processing time
All orders are generally processed within 2 – 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping methods & charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur at discretion of the provider.
For International Shipping
Shipment processing time
All orders are generally processed and shipped in 3 – 4 business days excluding weekends or public holidays. However orders may be shipped the following day if the products are in stock and the order is placed prior to 1:00pm GMT +8. We cannot guarantee your order shipment on the same day regardless of the shipping method you select. We will make every effort to ship out your order as soon as possible, however part or all of your order may be delayed due to item pre-order/availability or peak seasonal backlog locally.
WezShop does not guarantee delivery to, or process orders for some countries. If you have any questions, please kindly drop us an email for clarification or confirmation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours due to registered mail.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
WezShop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order charged by your local authorities. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
WezShop is not liable for any product damages or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping/freight carrier to file a claim. Please remember to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
